King City Church is a dynamic and innovative Church seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. We specialize in creating inspirational content for Social media and documentary style films for YouTube. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Video Editor to contribute to our creative projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Edit and assemble raw video footage to create compelling and visually appealing content.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality videos.
3. Ensure the consistency and continuity of videos by applying creative editing techniques.
4. Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative editing styles and technologies.
5. Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and expectations.
6. Review and implement feedback from team leaders.

 

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role.
2. Proficient in using one or more of the following video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
3. Strong understanding of video production processes, including color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a remote team.
5. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
6. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
